Five Star DRO Performance

From start to finish my DRO application, interview and update emails were absolutely spot on. The advisors on the phone were so friendly and sensitive, at a time you feel quite vulnerable and embarrassed. My case was handled promptly and without any issue. 100% would recommend. Once we got going they were very helpful!

There was a while where I couldn’t get hold of money wellness at all which was extremely stressful, but once they realised the stress I was under and how willing I was to comply and resolve my financial problems, they went above and beyond to help me out, recognising that I needed extra support and advice! I will note that some advisors are a little kinder than others, the first person I spoke with had me in tears because I felt so ashamed and almost like a scolded child. The rest of the people I spoke to however, were kind, understanding and motivational. So thank you Reviewed on: 7th April 2025
