Louis & Noah has great customer service and has helped me so much. They were both calm and gentle to me which was what I needed as I have ill health. I wasn’t happy with the first person who dealth with me as he was abrupt and I feel that how he rush me and talk to me that there was no compassion. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024

Started well

The staff took care of us, collected all the info and gave us all the options available and advised which way to go. Everything went swimmingly, but 5 months later were still getting phone calls. We have to explain that we went through a DRO and give our the reference numbers. A couple of creditors have taken it and stopped contacting us, however there are a few that still call and each time we give them the info. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024

Reply from Money Wellness Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Contact from your lenders should stop when the DRO is approved. The steps you're taking are correct. You just need to provide them with a copy of the DRO approval. You will receive this via email from the Insolvency Service. Please note, we do not receive a copy of the approval so are unable to do this for you. Thanks, Money Wellness Response date: 29th July 2024
