Really encouraging and confidence supporting.

Really encouraging and confidence supporting. I felt reassured and inspired to get the debt financial help I really needed to make it through the coming months of this year. I had moved house several times in five years due to violence physical attacks on my ex leaving myself without any money left and unable to pay my rent or outstanding bills. I have always been a responsible person of our community. But after looking after my ex for the past 21 years on my own on minimum wage incomes has finally taken its toll. But with the DRO I am hopeful of turning my life around. Reviewed on: 20th April 2024

I cannot express how much my experience with Money wellness has improved my life, having buried my head in the sand for so many years with regards to old debts. Amazing service!

Tuesday 9th April I went online to get dent advice and it suggested my best option would be a debt relief order so I requested a phone call back to help complete my budget. Called back on Thursday and completed my budget and other options that would be for me. Was told my best option was still a DRO and was transferred to Andy who was qualified to do the DRO it was Saturday and he called to complete the paperwork. Monday he submitted my application to the insolvency service and on Thursday 18th I knew my DRO was accepted. The process only took 1 week from speaking to them. I would highly recommend the service I received! So friendly and understanding and not judgemental Reviewed on: 19th April 2024
