I found the lady from Money Wellness very easy to speak to. She took her time to understand my situation and listened carefully. She gave me time to compose myself when I became overwhelmed. She explained everything step by step and even told me that I’d done well to take the 1st step, she took time to learn about the circumstances that led me to seek financial help and also asked if I’d sought help for my mental health, she genuinely seemed concerned about me (something I’m not used to).
