Honest review from a customer leaving

Had finance with moneybarn was absolutely over the moon with my car was paying a lot for it though…. Customer service was awful most the staff were rude 90% of the time I believe out of the 14 staff I’d spoken to throughout my short stint with them the woman I spoke with when my engine ran up was amazing and lovely then the woman I spoke with to end my finance was amazing and ever so polite and helpful definitely need more staff like those 2. I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family maybe people I don’t like Reviewed on: 6th June 2024
