Ok but customer service Crap

Mostly helpful except when needed a payment break, got put through load different people, kept asking for payment plan even though I explained I was on maternity and not going back on same hours and wasn't able too. Kept putting me on hold for long periods, I was on a call over a hour and ended up hanging up due to situation been unresloved Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

Bought my last two cars with moneybarn and have never had any problems everything is clearly explained and the payment portal is so easy to use, if you do need to contact them they are polite and helpful and professional and also quick to respond not leaving you waiting like some companies, if it hadn’t been for moneybarn I would never have been able to afford a good car and my second is my dream car which they made possible thank you. Car Finance whilst having an IVA

Had an IVA whilst trying to change our car due to ongoing issues. Moneybarn were extremely helpful and the IVA wasn't an issue with them as they had dealt with this before. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
