The customer service has been excellent from day one. Moneyboat has kept me thoroughly informed at each step of the process and when it came to finalising the loan the staff at Moneyboat asked me when the best time for me was to call. They called at the time agreed which shows they do have the customer at heart. A top notch service and a company I would deal with again and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Superb Website & Friendly Team

I was requesting a loan to help with an unexpected expense and found the website very easy to navigate and make the request. I then received a document via email which allowed me to review the terms etc and to easily, securely transmit my bank, card and signature details. Finally I receive a call from a very friendly and helpful young lady who went over all the details and verified everything before sending on to their team that makes the payment.
