Customer Service is Unforgiving.

I signed up to the Cash ISA because there was a £75 bonus for joining. I then couldn't instant deposit because MoneyBox had a connection problem with Chase. The money ended up being collected outside of the offer window, and after waiting too long for a reply from customer service they told me hard luck. Not very impressed. No such thing as customer loyalty, I have held a LISA with them for years. As soon as a better rate is provided for a LISA I will be moving my money elsewhere. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024

The experience of opening a Cash ISA within the Moneybox app was seamless and the information provided on the account comprehensive and customer-focused. I love using the app and have found it very easy to open my Cash ISA which made me confident in transferring my savings and eager to explore some of the other accounts.
