My Doubt to trust: My Moneybox Experience

I had known about Moneybox since 2021, but I was hesitant to trust any app outside traditional banks with my money. After taking time to research and understand how it works, I finally opened an account in July 2022. Since then, my experience has been excellent. Deposits and withdrawals are seamless, and the interest rates are competitive with other ISAs. If you’re still unsure, I’d say it’s a reliable and worthwhile option. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Informative and beginner friendly

Allowed me to open my first proper savings account with ease and educated me on all my available options with all the information on the help tab which really helped me decide how I wanted to save my money. The app is extremely easy to navigate

The app is extremely easy to navigate. They offer many services and any questions, they have excellent FAQ’s and if you need more info the Moneybox team will answer in quick time. I have money in the Moneybox lifetime isa to help me save for a mortgage and it’s so easy to keep up with what your saving and easier still to edit the deposit amount. I also have an open access cash isa which you can deposit and withdraw money with a click of a button. Super great company and easy to navigate app Reviewed on: 12th April 2026

I'm actually new to the Moneybox app and Cash ISA, but so far, I'm loving it! I've just set up my account and I'm excited to start saving and tracking my progress. The app looks super easy to use, and I'm looking forward to trying out the round-up feature to save spare change.
