Very impressed!

Had MB app for quite some time but not putting it to much use until recently. The obvious attraction is the excellent interest rate but the in-app experience is SO customer friendly, helpful, interesting and easy to navigate Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

Great First Experience

Only just transferred from another provider, their service is so easy to use and understand. Their forecasting gives me a positive outlook on my finances. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

Usability issues(ish)

Very good, UI is looks very nice but is a bit too confusing for new customers. Should mayhe make it a bit more intuitive/easy to find Interest rates on current isas for example. The products however are very good. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

Love it but

It’s very easy to use, it can get confusing the way money goes out of other accounts and takes days to go into moneybox so it’s hard to track money ins and outs. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

Easy, simple and effective

The app is easy to use, it is really simple to transfer funds from other isa providers which I have had difficulty with in the past. It also shows your projections which is interesting. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026
