Opened a Cash ISA in January...

I opened my Cash ISA in January after creating my savings account. Really easy to set-up and for the first year has a great return of 5.09%, so good I've already transferred funds from another ISA. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Very good. Only concern is that my initial deposit has yet to be credited to my account. It appears that it will take some 2 weeks. Not sure I was aware. Reviewed on: 9th February 2024

Customer Service is Unforgiving.

I signed up to the Cash ISA because there was a £75 bonus for joining. I then couldn't instant deposit because MoneyBox had a connection problem with Chase. The money ended up being collected outside of the offer window, and after waiting too long for a reply from customer service they told me hard luck. Not very impressed. No such thing as customer loyalty, I have held a LISA with them for years. As soon as a better rate is provided for a LISA I will be moving my money elsewhere. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024
