Great value, excellent customer service

Customer service always very helpful and easy to access - really like that I can send a message within the app and get notified when they respond, saves spending time on an online chat. They always help me out immediately and are friendly and helpful. Products usually give very good or the best value compared to other banks. Only thing is I found the process of depositing money into my ISA a little complicated, having to wait for them to link my current account which the money came from. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024
