Great app and responsive customer service ...

I have used moneybox since 2022 when I accessed free mortgage advice and support in the application process. I have then opened up several accounts with moneybox due to their easy to use app and responsive customer service. I invest weekly into the ISAs they provide and love the ease of use of the app for this. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Good trustworthy and great customer service.

It's good. Very detailed app. Annoying notifications and emails though. Customer service is good convenience and quick. Overall would reccommend . Would say that they could offer better rate and be more competitive. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
