Transfer was painless and simple, rates are pretty good and app is easy to use to track all the info you need with additional options to invest direct from the app. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Easy straightforward investments

Always a good experience with MF. The app allows me to see where my ISA is invested and the charts allow a visual of how they are doing. Help and advice is at the end of the telephone and the staff are very knowledgeable. The website is easy to use and understand. The money is fully managed and changes are made with the changes in market. Information is sent to advise about my investment regularly and in other general informative mode. I was transferred from another provider when they pulled out of the UK market and the process of calling up, getting access to my account, discussing the investment profile was so straightforward. I didn’t choose to invest with Moneyfarm so they needed to win my trust, but I’ve chosen to keep investing with them because of that fantastic experience and how easy their platform is.
