Monerfarm put your money to work

The company provide great communication and a great app. Plenty of detail available to review and track your investments as well as the opportunity to talk to account managers about your investment choices/options. Unlike some online investment companies your investment does not sit stagnant. Moneyfarm are constantly reviewing the markets and adjusting your portfolio to adapt to the changing market environment whist keeping your declared investment objectives in mind. They provide regular market analysis briefings and insights and seem to allow customers to be as involved or hands off as they prefer. I prefer to leave the choices to them and even during these last few difficult years seem to keep my investments performing well in comparison to some other investment pots I have. Very happy with my choice of using Monerfarm and would highly recommend to anyone looking to step into the investment market. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

A Difficult Investment Climate but Responding Well.

Moneyfarm maintain regular contact both through newsletters and via individual consultants. Having a personal consultant has been very helpful. The back office team respond quickly to requests for changes to portfolios or for withdrawals. My scoring would have been higher but perhaps understandably the performance of funds has not been great these past couple of years. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Investing with Moneyfarm couldn't be simpler.

The Moneyfarm app is very simple to understand and gives you an instant view of the performance of your investments in relation to your contributions. The fact that you can also speak with one of their consultants free if charge is priceless. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Ease of use and access

I like that they review the product(s) you have with them and that if it is still suitable, especially now when we are all watching our finances. Also the chat function is good if you get stuck.
