Very positive experience

As a customer, I’ve had a very positive experience with the Moneyfarm Stocks and Shares ISA. The platform is easy to use and makes investing feel straightforward, even if you’re not an expert. I particularly appreciate how the service guides you through a risk-profiling questionnaire and then manages a diversified portfolio based on your answers, which takes a lot of the stress out of deciding what to invest in. The app and dashboard are clear and provide regular updates on performance and portfolio changes, so it’s easy to stay informed without feeling overwhelmed. Communication has also been strong, with helpful explanations whenever portfolios are rebalanced and responsive customer support when needed. Fantastic service & performance from Moneyfarm

Fantastic service & performance from Moneyfarm with an app that is informative and intuitive to use. I get regular updates on portfolio rebalancing and investement thesis. I have access to a financial advisor where i can discuss aspects like thematic investing. Most importantly i can track performance in the app including TWRR. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026
