All interactions with the customer service team have been excellent, I like their proactive approach to letting me know if there are any changes happening to my account and I particularly like their approach to keeping my investment safe. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Really pleased

I’ve never had a bad experience with Moneyfarm, they have helped me to increase my money that I have put into my account. Great customer service and ease of use.

Great customer service and ease of use. It was very easy to transfer my existing ISA over to Moneyfarm. They handled all the process for me. I never really saw my money grow for ages on my last portfolio but only 2 weeks investing with Moneyfarm, I'm already seeing changes. I'm not expecting huge returns, plus I'm investing for the long term so short-term results can only tell me so much. But so far I'm glad I made the switch. They've got a really well-designed app too so it's easy for me to go in and check out, at a high-level, how everything is going. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Good platform for me and my old parents

I've opened a Stock and Shares ISA with Moneyfarm and I'm very happy with it so far. I like the company and the platform so far. It has all the functions needed to make informed investment decisions.
