Moneyfarm makes me money

I have been experiencing delays in getting feedback from staff in terms of my Moneyfarm investments however hope to get this resolved during call back arranged for this week. Happy customer for many years

I've been with Moneyfarm for several years and have never been disappointed. They are always responsive and supportive when needed. Their app is well designed and lets me interact with their services efficiently. And their media output, such as their regular YouTube updates, gives me confidence in their strategy. The only thing I'd be keen on is seeing greater returns on my investments, but that's not entirely within their control. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
