Money Mona have stolen £2000 for me!

I sent myself £2000 from my business account to my money Mona personal account The money never showed Uk but left my account , money Mona said because I’ve gone over my £10,000 per month limit there gonna send the 2000 back which I said was fine as it’s my account it’s come from anyway. It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t sent it back then compliance sent me an email asking me questions and I replied straight away with back up paperwork for them to now there not even responding to my emails I have been diagnosed with heart Failure and this has made me worse! I am now going to the FCA and the Ombudsman and I’m speaking to the mail online ad they are intersted in giving them a bad press report on this matter Let’s see how they like this now Disgusting way to treat people and there money George Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Withhold money and make you physically and mentally ill with stress. Liars avoid at all costs.

This company hasn't got a clue,, they're customer advisors cant tell you a thing, I'm disabled and mentally unwell and have a new flat to get sorted and they are holding everything up by not crediting me account with a large sum of money that is totally legit, the advisors keep saying it should be in by now - normally no longer than 24 hours after it disappears from pending transaction it has been over 72 hours. If you value your health and mind avoid at all costs, even their Twitter account which they link to on their website has been suspended . FCA will soon be contacted and the ombudsman too they wont get away making another customer as unwell as they have me . Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

NEVER USE!!!!!!!!

Never use this company absolutely diabolical on prices. Charges to take your own money out. To transfer and daft account prices. If you loose your card good luck having it arrived within there time scales. Need your money the same day £25 to send it to somebody on top of what you want to send. Each transfer you make your charged Just a little back street bank that costs you more to bank with then have your own cash safe. Terrible bank terrible customer service

I thought this bank was a scam before I deposited money but trusted it would be ok. They froze my account and asked questions about various things which I gave information. Now they just don’t reply and have kept my money without returning it? Please don’t use this bank whatever you do they have stolen £11000 from me :( Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Useless and unhelpful

I had my account hacked online and the bank refuses point blank to return the money even with the police involvement and evidence which I had to provide. Reviewed on: 10th September 2018
