Where the previous lender processed the initial lump sum fairly efficiently, and then additional advances in about two weeks, M2L take months to do anything. Nobody calls you back - ever. Even if you try and speak to a manager or submit a complaint it’s impossible to break through their lies and inefficiency to get a response. They do seem to have a remarkably efficient process for responding on review sites, but don’t be fooled by the response about ‘being investigated by a manager’, this leads nowhere and you’ll still be waiting. If you want more to life from your retirement than the frustration of dealing with this shower everyday I recommend going elsewhere.
