Staff very helpful and never try to give credit over what they think is reasonable. I reapplied for a loan but my circumstances changed. They rung me back at a time convienent to me and sorted everything. I like the reminder texts and emails if payments due and if any reason I have an issue they have resolved it in a polite manner.
