Lengthy but gets there

Lengthy process and had to repeat everything on phone in micro detail that I had put on form. Seems and feels like a 1 man operation from the way the whole experience went . Excellent and quick

Applied online and was told I’d receive a call back. Within 10 minutes I had received a call and the process was finalised. Person who finish the process was polite and had it done quickly.
