Responsible lender

Spoke to a friendly gentleman who was very carefull when deciding if a Mr Lender loan was right for me and that repayments were affordable and would not put me in any financial difficulty which at the time I thought was quite a long-winded application process, but when I thought about it afterwards I realised it was all for my own financial safety and very responsible of them. Good but unsure

I had submitted an application today and received a call from Taylor. At first she was very helpful and sounded very confident in what she was doing, the call ended. I then received a 2nd call from Taylor to advise that she needed to see documents of my position of work, this was a bit of an inconvinence as I was told on the first call I had been accepted and the funds would have been released, I sent the forms in as requested. I then received a 3rd call to advise they had to redo my application upon the information I gave over. This has went on for over a 2 hour period, I am then told I have been fully accepted. This experience isn’t as usual as I’ve had previously with Mr Lender which is frustrating because I’ve always had a great experience. This experience raised concerns about how many searches had been done in my name for requests for credit. I can say however Taylor was very well spoken and did apologise where nessescary. I just hope she gets more confident with what she is doing. Reviewed on: 30th May 2018
