Website leads you to think it is an instant online process but every time I have to speak to someone who asks many questions about my finances. I understand the need to check affordability, but not the need to ask judgemental questions about why I need the loan. No-one is in the position of needing payday loans out of choice and a little more sensitivity wouldn’t go amiss. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2018
