Chloe, the adviser dealing with my query and taking ownership of the query at hand after a colleague had not called me, helped out fantastically. Made the journey so easy and spoke with a clear voice with also taking an interest of my position. Different from the rest

I've got to say that every dealing I've had with them has been so professional and stress free. They look at each application on it's own merit and don't just say no without looking into your own personal situation and making their decision from there.
