very quick and easy and also very helpful

Very easy to use site and also a quick response time too,the office staff are also very helpful when I need to speak with them or visa versa,the last few times I've had to speak with the office department I've spoken with RUBY who was most helpful and had a friendly phone manner Reviewed on: 24th June 2016

Very friendly, efficient and very supportive. Overall fantastic service!

Suffered two deaths n the family in two weeks. Took time off work and couldn't pay the amount owed, mr Lender helped me with a repayment plan and were very supportive. Customer services were fantastic and I couldn't praise them enough. Would recommend to anybody. Reviewed on: 24th June 2016
