My Community Bank have been brilliant! I got a quote super quickly and as soon as I was approved the money was in my account a lot quicker than I imagined it would of been! Every time I have had a query I have spoken to a representative very quickly and had my questions answered! The staff are very friendly and helpful! 5* would recommend to anyone! This Community Bank idea was quick and easy to use, straightforward link direct from the Experian website, simple and easy process to make me aware of all the important information with as little jargon as possible. Suited my need to save and lower on High Street bank rate (despite being staff!) I’d look first to them again for my next financial product when it’s needed. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
