Love credit unions!

Inflexible and expensive

I had misfortune to have to use loan for IT purchase via NHS employer. Ended up paying more interest and more tax than if I had just bought through commercial loan. It may suit some but don’t assume because it is Credit Union that it will be beat commercial rate or offer flexibility. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Very friendly and approachable

I bin applied though the intranet and it was easy and not complicated in anyway. They got in contact with me in relation to approval and the loan it’s self and what was an appropriate loan amount and also repayment calculator. Easy simple and stress free great service and especially with there mobile app I can keep track of my loan. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Always There When Things Get Tough

The NHS credit union was there for me when I needed them the most. When I couldn't raise the money needed for our private IVF treatment the NHS Credit Union says yes. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Offering outstanding Services and Support.

They offer a fantastic service and are on hand to help with needs ranging from savings and loan products. NHS Credit Union updates their customers regularly, whether that’s through emails or the use of social media. I’d highly recommend people to get involved in what they have to offer. Excellent! Friendly and helpful organisation
