nimbl has a money app and prepaid card for kids and teens.

With nimbl, your child gets a card and app they can use to spend, save and learn how to manage money. Parents or guardians can set smart limits, instant top-ups and blocks. This is a membership so you’ll need to pay an annual fee to use the account.

The Nimbl card has genuinely helped my 14 year old appreciate the value of money, and more importantly that effort on his part can earn it. Previously, doing chores racked up nebulous credits which we tried to keep on track of, and bought him what he chose when we all vaguely thought he had accumulated enough - but it was still us dispensing largesse from the parental money tree. Now he sees the direct connection between what he earns and what his buying power is, keeps on track of it to the penny and finds the financial autonomy really motivating. Easy to use banking app for the kids

We have two children, 9 and 11. Both now have a nimbl card and receive their weekly pocket money into it. It's the cheapest of this type of app that's available and it does everything we need to do. E.g. When my 11yo is out, I get a notification where he's used his card. We can check balances easily and I get a reminder when I need to top up the account, which is very easy to do. Just a couple of clicks in the app. We also get a discount because of our parentpay account, which we have to have due to school requirements. It's a no-brainer! Would recommend.
