cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Excellent company, friendly and efficient

Oakam was amazing

I was really nervous that I wouldn’t be eligible for a loan! However after going through everything with an Oakam worker I found out I was actually eligible they were so helpful and made sure I understood everything thoroughly before accepted the load. First class Service

I dealt with catherine right from the start of my loan application everything was so simple and straight forward, Catherine done all she could for me and loan was approved from the start of my application to the finish was total of 24 hours.
