cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

The processing and response time from Ockam was exceptional, in my darkest moment in need of cast to tackle life and death suitations. Everything was done in time and the repayment plans were explained and tailored securely to suit my needs, which I have never experienced elsewhere, not forgetting their friendly helpful and realiable members of staffs. I have gone back to Ockam about 3 or more times, without thinking twice about it, and will do it again and again if the needs arises. I wish they were my bank! Reviewed on: 16th May 2018
