Great experience

Incompetent and can't be trusted.

I was the perfect customer. I never missed a single payment in 3 years. I paid my loan of fully early and then a month after my account was settled I got a alert from my credit score company saying i missed February's payment. I fully paid the loan off in the middle on January. I called many times and waited on hold till the system cut me off as i was waiting so long. I received emails from Likely clearly saying I owe £zero and after I finally got someone to pick up the phone they confirmed it was a system error and should have not been sent out with false information. I have forwarded all the relevant information to the company that holds my credit details so they are aware of what this company are doing to people and their lives. I have all the emails to prove everything in this review and will happily forward it to Smart Money People so they are not asked to remove a factual review. They have clearly lied and updated the database with false information most likely because they missed a few pounds worth of interest as I settled early. Pathetic. Reviewed on: 15th February 2020

Very happy with likely they approved me even with a low credit score which wasn't down to me at the start, they gave me a chance with fair fees etc and yes i have messed a few payments up but again that is due to others taking money without my consent so sometimes the payment isnt there but they have never hassled me as they know i accept any fees etc and make the missed payment as soon as possible so excellent customer service aswell. Quick simple fast secure reliable fair

The setup was quick and simple i get a message each month to let me know when a payment is due, fair rate APR 59.9 % my credit rating is not perfect but these guys have helped me out of a tight situation, plus they wont let you go mad unless you can afford to.
