having bad credit i expected to be turned down or a silly interest rate like other bad credit / door to door lenders . I was pleasantly surprised. The application process was quick and easy , no annoying phone calls . manageable payments that can be made at a date to suit you . clear website and brilliant customer service if any problems . From the first set up of the loan and the level of clear simple communication I felt I was dealing with a different loan company. The app and regular notifications make managing my loan very simple. I feel in control of my finances and know exactly what I owe and when to pay. I also have the freedom and flexibility of paying additional payments or settling early all from the app. Superb experience and that is what makes a difference as money is money.
