My quote for was insurance was unbeatable with one call. Friendly and helpful service when I need them and never too much of a problem helping. One call have been very well received my myself. After a minor collision which was all my fault I started receiving letters from the other parties solicitor. It was all a bit scary and daunting but one call were on hand and easily accessible via telephone and live web chat and reassured me everything would be taken care of , which it was. They provided me with full details and instructions on what to do and what would happen next. They were always extremely helpful and friendly and I could not fault the service they provided to me in this instance and prior. In the end they smoothed everything over and I will always be grateful for their great customer service and persistence in dealing with the matter. Highly reccomnded to all potential car insurers.
