Really helpful and great service

Had to sort insurance for a new property that wasn't straight forward due to to the history. The online quote system couldn't provide a quote but through the online chat someone called Megan picked up the issue and got Joe to give me a call. He was great and after understanding the issues and my providing some details and validation of the issues he has sorted me a policy which meets the needs and at a great price.
