Kindness & Empathy

I have had the misfortune of having to make a claim because my bungalow was flooded with rainwater. Everyone at One Call was so efficient but with so much kindness and empathy. So much of our furniture and possessions were destroyed. We had an assessor with us within a couple of hours and a hotel booked for the night including our dog within minutes.
