Easy-to-understand cover at the best price

Despite going on comparison sites, I found One Call offered me the best price, and the cover they provide is comprehensive and easy to understand. It's simple to add in extra cover (eg for valuable items) if you need to. I (fortunately!) haven't had to make a claim, so cannot comment on this aspect of their service. Very good telephone staff and an easy to understand portal

Have needed to contact them regarding my policy and they took the time to explain everything so I went away more confident in what I was covered for. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Flooded bathroom

My toilet cistern bust in the middle of the night, flooding the en-suite and leaking through to the room below. Not only was the cistern replaced but also the tiled floor (which had cracked) and the under-floor heating system. They also dried out the room beneath and carried out remedial work there.
