Easy to speak to and access your documents online

I’m impressed with the ease of online access to my account and documents. I am able to make changes to my policy, such as change of address without having to speak to an advisor. Online chat was productive. I was going to cancel my policy as I had found a cheaper provider else where. The One Call advisor was able to review my premium and offer a cheaper one with the same benefits, therefore I renewed my policy with them. I have fortunately not had to make a claim therefore I can’t comment on this service. I haven’t needed to speak to them on the phone, therefore I can’t comment on this service. Great coverage at a great price

I originally insured with One Call a couple of years ago after trying all of the big insurers over the years. The information provided is clear and in English - not insurer speak and I like that. The price was reasonable and provided better cover than the big firms at a lower cost. I usually change insurers each year but am so impressed with One Call that I renewed without hesitation.
