Its called one call yet its impossible to call and to speak to a person. I spent 3 hours trying to amend my insurance and it was so difficult. I had to put all my details in 4 times before getting anywhere. Unfortunately I have to be honest and cannot recommend and will not renew with one call. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
