Always had good service

The name does not live up to the experience

Someone drove into the back of me, causing moderate, but not severe damage. It took me ALL day to report it, my car was taken on a trailer some 150 miles for repair when perfectly suitable garages are nearby, my replacement car came a similar distance, which is a huge carbon footprint. Since the accident in January I have had daily (sometimes more than once) calls from “ambulance chasing” legal Insurance companies, so my details have clearly been “sold on”. Appalling service and it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. I will NEVER insure with OneCall and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Avoid and be aware how awful my experience has been and continues to be. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

The best insurance you can dream for

I have One Call Insurance from day 1 since i have my car and i can tell you that after years and years i am still with them and never change . There are to many pearks with OneCall. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
