One Call making learners lives a little easier!

I'm still a learner driver (unfortunately) and I own my own car. My biggest fear was my insurance, I wasn't sure how I was ever going to be able to afford it. However both my parents have been with One Call before so they recommend them to me. And I was blown away and how easy it was to apply for the insurance and how cheap my insurance was. Cold and unsympathetic

I had an issue about my No Claims Bonus. Despite my misunderstanding, I was never offered a goodwill gesture that demonstrated the company understood the problem I had during Covid-19 to obtain the accurate details required. My complaint received a cold response. How could I or any customer give this company a positive vote. Really surprised to learn they are finalists. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Highly recommended company

Been with one call for around 4 years and never had any issues with them. Unlike other similar companies I have never had trouble getting through to a member of staff when needed. Pet hate of mine is being ‘on hold’ and ‘9000 in the queue’. One call operate a very efficient service and I would recommend them to anyone. Cheapest quote i found by far, and the registration process could not be more simple. The customer profile layout is also really easy and intuitive to use. Also, their customer service is great.
