GOOD RELIABLE COMPANY

Been with OneCall for a few years now not had any issues. Customer servcie by phone is excellent; staff are very helpful, professional and respectful. I have no complaints-they have been the best insurance company I've ever dealt with and, almost 62 years old, I will contiinue to renew with them as long as the high standards remain the same. Excellent service

I have been with One Call fur quite a few years now and thankfully only had to contact them a handful of times. On the occasions i have contacted them, they have been excellent. Customer service has been quick, efficient and hassle free. They definitely get my vote. Reviewed on: 31st August 2020

Customer Focused

I cannot fault One Call Insurance and have been a customer for a while now. Fortunately I have never had to use their service other than to receive competitive renewals and now have all our Car and Home insurance with them. They have excellent discounts available and rather than having to haggle to get a good deal they are made readily available. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 31st August 2020
