Clear and straightforward banking

Awful Customer service, slow and frustrating

I am a longstanding customer but they have been absolutely pathetic in my ISA transfer. Despite numerous calls to them and promises from staff to look into my issue and get back to me, no one has. More than 8 weeks later and my money is still not in my account and no one at Paragon knows where it is.
