A truly awful company. They have charged an overinflated interest payment on my car finance, take ages to respond to my queries and when I... A truly awful company. They have charged an overinflated interest payment on my car finance, take ages to respond to my queries and when I asked to voluntarily terminate they mentioned wear and tear charges on what was a 4 year old car when I took out the original lease, why anybody would be expected to pay for wear and tear on what is a 3 year old car is beyond me. Avoid these sharks they are akin to wonga loans and we know what happened to them.. Read more Read less

    Paragon offers a product fee to be added to the mortgage most kindly but then prevents you from making overpayments effectively making interest on their... Paragon offers a product fee to be added to the mortgage most kindly but then prevents you from making overpayments effectively making interest on their fee, how this isn't like the loan PPI of old I do not know. Also buyer beware they use their own Paragon employed surveyor so you are more than likely looking at a down valuation for their benefit. Read more Read less
