1st class customer service

I've had an account for over 10years. Whenever I've needed support or financial advice the staff at the Dale Street Liverpool branch have been consistently professional, courteous and very patient with me and my slightly technophobe skills. We've even laughed together & said a collective 'hurray' when I've been supported to tackle and navigate IT upgrades to access my account. Exceptional customer experience

Having used Partner Credit Union for the past 15+ years, I have experienced all of the services on offer. In the past PCC has helped me when having financial difficulties always there to help & offer advice. For the past 10+ years we have simply saved with PCC because we know our money is safe, it helps us save for rainy & special days. We could save with our bank but because PCC offered us a lifeline in our darkest of times we remain loyal & will continue to save with PCC - thanks xx Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022

Easy to save
