Very good service.

Very helpful, easy to talk too recommended to us by a trusted bank and haven't regretted one minute of talking to them. Reviewed on: 10th June 2022

No pressure and amazingly supportive

PayPal were recommended to me by my bank- to offer help and advice concerning my debts. PayPal wanted to help straightaway. They asked the necessary questions and although i never felt obliged to take them up on their offer of assistance, I just knew that they would offer the right support in dealing with the bank and help in getting me debt free in the best possible way for my circumstance. Their whole package of service was just incredible. Timing, communication, support, and response to any questions I had was brilliant. The app helps keep track too. They actually care about my wellbeing

Payplan is great at supporting me and dealing with my financial/debt problems but they are even greater at supporting me emotionally.Their staff treat us an individual with "my" unique specific circumstances and they try to find a solution for "my" circumstances,so I feel I am the center of the process,am not a just a case for them,I am an individual and I can feel that first of all, they actually CARE about my wellbeing and how my debt problems are affecting my daily life Reviewed on: 10th June 2022

Haven't delivered what they promised

Helpful and understanding

Very very helpful I am

All very fair and to be trusted thoroughly

They made things as quick and easy as they were ever going to be, communication is very good, and above all (and, let's be honest, unlike some debt solution providers) there was genuinely no pressure to take things in a particular direction. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022

Time to change

From the start of my payplan journey I was put at ease about things and that I could move forward and live again. Even tho my plan has taken longer then it should off. Payplan staff have always been there to help. And understand situations that have occurred. Best thing I did to help me out of debt.. Friendly and helpful
