Helpful, understanding, realistic

I was in a pretty bad place with finances and I called payplan and I felt relieved when they just help me sort out a plan and get me back on track. They helped me when I needed it the most!

It's never nice when you admit defeat and have to go through this process but they made it really easy, all online as wel.... Other companys seem to force figures down your mouth and don't give you any breathing space where as Paylan didn't. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022

I contact Payplan on my banks advice and it was the best thing I have done, my payments where getting on top off me and causing me stress and anxiety, my case worker was friendly and talked me through the process step by step and reassured me that everything can be dealt with.
