Amazing support and advice

Very supportive and helpful service throughout the whole process of sorting out our debt issues. PayPlan have given me peace of mind and alleviated so much of my anxiety. They have been far more helpful than other similar agencies, they are always available at the end of a phone and you don't spend a long time waiting on hold or in queues. Finally, after a few years of burying my financial worries I’m able to live again with PayPlan. They’re completely open about everything no nasty surprises and actually care about their people. Excellent customer service, ready to give you the best advice. Every year they review my expenses, as everything increases every year (bills, rent). Since I have been with Payplan, I have been able to manage my finances better and no longer have the fear of not making ends meet with my finances.
