Great customer service, fast & efficient.

I was made to feel very relaxed , non judgement & very caring throughout call when organising my plan. Nothing was too much even when I did not have exact information they were able to guide me through. Calm voices in a time of absolute panic

My bank sent me to payplan when I went to them over the financial difficulties. My bank couldn't give me any help and I really did feel my situation was hopeless.......until I started with just a chat on the payplan website, from then on I felt a weight was lifted. My debts were large, and my family situation complicated by disabled relatives living in a granny flat, my husband owning his own business and I was a carer unable to take on any more work. I had been spinning plates with debts not knowing where to turn, when Wendy dissected everything and actually understood dividends, directors loans etc and all the other things that my creditors didn't want to know about, and found a solution. Wendy was literally a calm voice in a time of absolute blind panic. I now make 1 payment, and the help line are on call, email or text whenever I have a query. PayPlan have literally saved my sanity. I am self employed and lost a significant amount of money when two companies went into administration owing me thousands of pounds. Payplan completely solved my debt management problems that resulted and stopped creditors chasing me for payments I couldn't afford. The process was made easy and the peace of mind was fantastic. PayPlan helped me see a way out

When I came across PayPlan I was already quite deep in debt to the point where it was effecting my mental health badly and had me in a position where I was constantly stressed all the time about my finances. I ended up being recommended to PayPlan and was shocked how quickly they operate and how great their customer service is! They helped ease my stress and set me up with an affordable plan to pay off my debt over time at a rate I can afford whilst still have some money left to have a life. They also said that if I need any further help with my mental health they could help point me in the right direction for that!
