For over 15 years I have used Payplan, they have helped relieve the stress I had been having trying to sort myself out but wasn't getting anywhere. I found payplan when I was in a hole and they have really got me on track with my debts and helped me get a solution and every year they assess my account to stay on track and with the stress and worrys all lifted knowing i am in control and everything is being managed, they even saved me from losing my job as their solutions are sensible and realistic especially with the current state of economy we all are experiencing. I would recommend Paylan everytime, I trust them completely and they are so calm and helpful, everyone I have spoke with there are so lovely and interested, they feel like I am talking to someone I know. Best debt management strategy team ever!

PayPlan really got me out of such a sticky position where all my money was going to my Credit Accounts. Now, I get no letters, no emails, no problems and I couldn’t be any more thankful. If there ever is something I need to discuss, the customer care team think of things you haven’t even considered to assist you and they are truly amazing (shout out to Joao Manuel!!!) Everything has been made clear, I didn’t feel judged but actually understood. I felt that I could hand over this burden that I had been holding for a long time on my own. It was scary asking for support and they made it less frightening. I have felt like I can breathe and finally move forward with my life. I know there’s a plan and I’m working towards it.
